About

I’m a furniture maker based in Norfolk, working with solid hardwood and traditional woodworking techniques. My work is shaped slowly and deliberately, with an emphasis on proportion, surface, and the quiet relationship between an object and the space it inhabits.

Forms are established with care and restraint, then refined by hand using tools such as travishers, spokeshaves, and card scrapers. Subtle variation, texture, and tool marks are allowed to remain — giving each piece a sense of warmth, softness, and individuality.

Each piece is designed to live quietly in the home. Not to demand attention, but to be used, touched, and lived with over time.
